Western Digital is introducing a new way to store our content with their ultra-portable My Passport Studio hard drive, since you can assign labels on the drive to remind you of what is stored on the drive, even when it is unplugged.

The My Passport Studio is also a perfect companion to archive data with its support for FireWire 800 interface, which means that the new drive comes Mac ready, yet Windows users can reformat it to work with their machines, thanks to its USB 2.0 interface for maximum flexibility.

The customizable e-label enables you of checking on the drives stats and what categories of content is stored on it, plus visual backup that shows the progress of your backup, the hard drive also offers a locking system with 256-bit hardware-based encryption, to keep all your data safe. Three drive capacities are available 320GB, 500GB, and 640GB.
