If you ever broke any of your bones, you will remember drinking milk and eating eggs to help you recover and rebuild, But bone fractures and osteoporosis can be prevented by the manganese in pineapple.

Premenstrual Syndrome:

Women can ward off the effects of PMS by eating cornflakes, believe it or not it can help reduce depression, anxiety and fatigue.

Memory Problems:

Oysters help improve your mental functioning by supplying much-needed zinc.
